MODERA RESIDENCE will offer modern and stylish apartments to meet our customers’ high standards. The complex will hold 335 apartments distributed in three high rise buildings.
The offer of apartments varies in size (1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments) and layouts with an average surface area per unit between 50 and 120 sq.m. The clients will have the possibility to choose among three alternatives: finished apartments (with two options) and shell apartments (non-finished). In addition to the residential offer, the complex will offer about 7 500 sq.m. of commercial space.
